Try Residential Concrete Lifting That’s Safe, Smart, and Seamless
That sunken slab by your garage or crooked porch step isn't going to fix itself. Ignoring these hazards doesn’t help — but working with expert insulation contractors does. Compass Insulation helps homeowners fix these issues quickly, without tearing out the whole driveway.
Fix It Today. Walk on It Tonight
You don’t need demolition to fix uneven concrete. Our certified team uses advanced spray foam insulation to level slabs fast. No heavy machinery. No days of downtime. Just fast, seamless results.
Our Proven Concrete Lifting Process
Small Holes. Big Impact
We drill tiny holes in the sunken slab and inject foam insulation beneath. The expanding foam gently lifts the slab back into position — controlled and precise. No cracking. No mess.
Fixed by Lunch. Walk by Dinner
Traditional concrete work takes days. Our specialized foam cures in just 15 minutes, so you can use your surface same-day. No waiting. No hassle.
No Dirt, Dust, or Ruined Yard
Forget dump trucks and torn-up lawns. Our compact gear keeps your yard pristine while fixing your concrete. Neighbors won’t even know we were there — until they see the flawless result.
Foam Built to Last
Our spray foam insulation turns into a durable, water-resistant base. It won’t erode, shift, or weigh down unstable soil — meaning long-lasting performance.
Any Surface, Anywhere
Driveways. Walkways. Garage floors. Patios. Pool decks. Basement slabs. Our home insulation and slab lifting solutions work on almost any concrete surface. From big sections to small steps, we handle it all with care and precision.
The Finish: Clean and Practically Invisible
Once lifted, we seal the small holes with cement. What you’re left with is a smooth, safe, and perfectly level surface. You’ll barely notice where the work was done — but you’ll love the result.

Why Ignoring Sunken Concrete Is a Risk You Can’t Afford
It’s easy to brush off that uneven step or slightly tilted patio slab. But beneath every sunken piece of concrete hides a growing problem — one that can cost you much more if left unchecked.
Trip and Fall Hazards: The #1 Liability for Homeowners
Did you know that even a 1-inch difference in concrete height is enough to trigger serious falls? From family members carrying groceries to kids running around, uneven surfaces silently increase the chance of injury. And if a guest or delivery person gets hurt on your property? That opens the door to costly lawsuits, insurance claims, and long-term liability headaches.
Water Damage Starts Below the Surface
Sunken slabs don’t just look bad — they create pathways for water to seep where it shouldn’t.
Once water gets under your concrete, it starts eroding the soil, making the slab sink even further. This moisture can also migrate toward your home’s foundation, triggering even bigger (and far more expensive) structural issues later on.
Your Home’s Curb Appeal Takes a Hit
Crumbling walkways. Crooked steps. Tilted patios. They all quietly chip away at your home’s beauty and perceived value. If you ever decide to sell, sunken concrete will jump out at inspectors and buyers — forcing you to either lower your asking price or pay for repairs anyway.
Pest Problems Can Sneak In
Gaps and voids beneath sunken concrete become cozy hiding spots for pests like ants, termites, and even small rodents. Once they move in, they often migrate toward warmer areas — like inside your home.

The good news? Fixing sunken concrete is faster, cleaner, and more affordable than you think. We had the guys at Compass Insulation tear off and replace the main section of our roof at work. This was a big project as that was where the majority of our equipment is. They did a great job at a very fair price. I will be using them in the near future to come back and install some ventilation fans in the roof as well. I highly recommend them.

Jimmy and his crew came to our home and performed some infrared scanning and air infiltration analysis. Once completed they determined some problem areas from construction of the home which they remedied with Foam and spray insulation. We have enjoyed a significant difference in the warmth of our home and energy savings. This was also done in a few days time which was the most convenient aspect of the job. These guys did a great job!!

I was skeptical of the claims made by the spray foam industry and was concerned about the added costs over old style fiberglass insulation when we built an addition on our home making it 4 times the original size. After all the spray foam, my heat and cooling bill did not go up at all, and we also had the added benefit of major sound reduction from the outdoors. The guys from Compass were extremely careful and professional. I later built a shop that I had them come back and insulate and it only costs me pennies to heat that space too. I highly recommend this company.

Compass Insulation is very professional and does a thorough and great job. They have a complete understanding of what needs to be completed and goes over and beyond the required work to ensure a proper installation. I highly recommend this company.

I am a General Contractor and have worked with Compass for about 7 years now. Jim Sr. and Jim Jr. are very knowledgeable with the work that they perform. I am extremely happy with their work as well as all my customers. They are very reasonably priced and professional. I even had them foam insulate my own new home in Chesterland and I am proud to say it is one of the most energy efficient houses in the area. Amazingly low utility bills on a 3200 sq/ft open style ranch. I highly recommend them.

So my house was seeing some serious temperature drops as soon as the new year hit. Turns out all my attic needed was a little TLC from the employees at Compass. After easily scheduling an appointment, my foam sprayer arrived on time and ready for any questions i had for him. As a first time home owner, I was a little nervous about choosing who to hire, but Steve in particular eased all my worries. He explained how spraying the open cell foam would quickly address any heat loss, and I was relaxing without socks on in no time! No mess left behind, and I sold my space heater the next day. Win win!
